Small text files a site stores on your device so it can remember you between visits — for example to keep your saved searches, filters, and preferences.

Categories we use

Strictly necessary — page delivery, security, and form submission. These cannot be switched off.
Preferences — remembers saved searches, filter selections, and map position on the listings pages so you do not lose them on reload.
Analytics — aggregated counts of pages viewed and listings opened, so we know which properties draw interest. Set through Google Analytics.
Marketing — set by Meta Ads if you have enabled advertising, to measure campaigns and show relevant listings elsewhere.

Similar technologies

We also use browser local storage for saved searches and shortlists, and embedded third-party content (maps, 3D tours, video) that may set its own cookies under its own policies.

Managing cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking preference cookies will mean saved searches and filters are not remembered. Where required, we ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change that choice at any time via Cookie Settings.
